Cagayan de Oro Fire Safety Training
The Safety Organization of the Phils.- Misamis Oriental, Cagayan de Oro and Bukidnon, Inc., in coordination with the Bureau of Fire Protection, Region 10 is inviting all Safety Officers and Practitioners to participate in the coming 40-hour Fire Safety Training that will be conducted by the BFP on July 26-30, 2010. The venue will be announced later.
This training program aims to provide the fire safety practitioners with the fundamental knowledge and skills in Fire And Life Safety Assessment standard and compliance with the Fire Code of the Philippines and fire science and technology (i.e. design, construction, maintenance, etc) that could help them toward the effective delivery of their duties and responsibilities as Fire Safety Practitioners. As we all knew, per RA#9514, Fire And Life Safety Assessment Report (FALAR) is a requirement of our establishments’ building permit application and/or renewal.
To cover for the materials and meal expenses, a registration fee will be collected at P 5,000.00 per participant. The deadline of confirmation of attendance will be on July 19 (together with the cash payment/cheque dated July 19 and is payable to SOPI MIS.OR-CDO-BUK).
